Big Blue Diving Khao Lak

We went on 3 day of boat dives trips with big blue diving, and we are well taken care by them. The speed boat is clean, new and comfortable. The lunch provided is decent, with fresh fruits provided every day as well. The dive masters are very professional and patience with us, especially when we are just OW. I felt safe diving with the team. Overall very good service and friendly team. Would definitely find them again for next Similan diving trips!

Really fantastic dive experience with Big Blue! We had experience with two other centres in Khao Lak and this is our preferred of the three. A great relaxed atmosphere, but top notch safety, equipment, boat, service, food and quality guiding they included in their rates and everything you need, so no surprise costs later for things like insurance or park fees. Much easier. We went to Richlieu Rock and it was EXCEPTIONAL. the team made the day fun, educational, relaxed, and utterly fantastic. We will use them again, hopefully for a liveaboard next time. And air quality was top top. Really good tanks, equipment and air.

Had a great experience diving the similans and Richelieu on a 4 day liveaboard with the big blue team. My first liveaboard experience and I am spoiled forever! Delicious food, great service, attention to safety and care for marine life - it checked all the boxes for me. Even without seeing the big stuff on this trip, (something they can’t control) the experience was worth it. Editing for further detail: - cabin cleaned, spotless, towels replaced every day and surprisingly big for a boat. - lovely staff, everyone has a specific role to play and they do it with efficiency and great love, care, and attention to detail. The staff look genuinely happy to be working there and it was overall just an amazing vibe on the boat. - right on schedule every day right from pick up to drop off, down to the tee for dives, meals, briefings, even nap times (jk lol) - so much space and a great environment to organically chill, socialize, and make new friends on the boat - a cute little library in their saloon/ briefing room with books on fish ❤️ - super fun, chill guides and dive team, handled several situations with professionalism - the food was so good and so much variety in every meal, freshly prepared - plenty of options even for folks with special dietary needs - support crew works together as a team and before every dive all gear is efficiently organized, prepared and checked - warm towels after every dive, otc meds and electrolytes all stocked on board. - great quality of rental equipment - small ratio of guides to dm, never exceeded more than 4 per dm - work with citizen science projects to identify, track and protect turtles 🫶🏽 - as a solo female traveler this was super fun, felt safe and was happy to find community
