I absolutely LOVED the Level 1 Free Dive course taught by Julia! She is so well spoken, knowledgeable, and passionate about free diving. I feel more competent to assist others safely & practice situational awareness with myself. I felt comfortable and encouraged the entire time. Julia is a phenomenal instructor. I was really nervous to take the course as a newbie to free driving, but Julia made me feel very safe. The group of 6 of us all had a varying levels of experience and Julia effectively provided group and individualized attention to help us reach our goals needed to be safe while diving. Overall great experience! Highly recommend
