Aussie Divers Phuket

If you are in doubt about diving in Thailand or wondering about what dive center to go with, stop thinking and book Aussie divers immediately! My friend and I did the «Open water diver certification» with Aussie divers and it’s undoubtedly the best experience we had throughout our entire visit to Thailand. The center organized pickup to and from the hotel, provided delicious food on the diving boat and made the whole experience as stress free and comfortable as possible. I seriously could not imagine a better first time diving experience. I also could not write this review without mentioning our instructor, the GOAT🐐, Gong. Apart from having a striking resemblance to Brad Pitt, he was an amazing instructor for our group of 4. He kept the perfect pace when teaching us the material, never making us feel overwhelmed nor bored. His 9+ years of experience shines through both on land and underwater, making his students feel safe before, during and after the dives. He held our full attention all the way, which makes sense, considering it’s impossible to take your eyes off of him ;) It was truly a pleasure to be a part of the Gong gang.

Don’t even think about it. JUST BOOK IT. Had a perfect first diving experience with Aussie Divers! Everything went so smoothly—from inquiring via WhatsApp (they responded to ALL our questions promptly which honestly made us book right away and drop all other companies), to pick-up, to registration, to entering the pier, all the way to the actual dive and back. And they definitely never let us go hungry! Adam was an amazing instructor—full of energy (I swear) and incredibly knowledgeable. What stuck with me most was genuinely feeling how much Adam loves what he does, and that passion truly radiates to the people he guides. Learning to dive felt easy because he broke everything down so clearly. He knows exactly how to make diving both fun and safe at the same time. Hats off to your backpacking journey btw! 100% sure you’ll inspire many novice divers with your great attitude and enthusiasm. Also thanks to Moody (our photographer). He was always checking up on us and everyone else, giving helpful advice that really made learning to dive easier and faster. To cap it off, they made sure to recognize your efforts (big or small) which ends your day with that feeling of accomplishment. Could not have asked for a better first diving experience—100/10 highly recommend.

Aussie Divers Phuket are amazing people and deserve more than 5 stars. I did my e-learning at home and got my PADI Open Water Diver certification in three days. The boat is operated by experienced and efficient staff who offer plenty of delicious food and beverages on board at all times. Adam is a friendly and professional Instructor who can combine fun with safety on board and underwater. He has great vibes and loves what he does. The office team was always there for quick admin advise and my cert was uploaded within few hours after course completion. I spent three wonderful days full of positive vibes that recharged my spirit. Please leave them some tips or presents to give back some cool vibes ;)
