Hi, more information regarding Leroy Kagchelland comment, I was with him on the jetski: The name in the booking is :Leroy Kagchelland Booking: 28th of December Time: 15:30 (but left 16:00) Departure from Hotel creole beach but started/paid near Bar Pelican Instructor young blond guy with medium-long hair. Someone already took our phone number but never got back to us. Complaint was made on the same day. Pity that nothing was done on your side after such a bad experience.

Paid €80 for 30 minutes of jetski (1 jet - 2 persons). First jetski we got stopped working even before we started and they made us wait for a replacement. With the replacement we went out to open water with a guide and 2 other jetski’s. Compared to the other two, ours did not accelerate at all and we could not keep up. Asking the guide what’s wrong he replied: It’s hybrid, it’s normal (????) Our maximum speed was 42km/h and the others went at least 60km/h, probably faster. Each ski could go their own way to ‘have fun’ but we couldn’t because of the slow ski. We decided to make a few turns and out of nowhere the engine stopped and we flipped over because of the low speed. That was after about 3 minutes of riding. We ended up sitting on the back of someone else’s ski and returned to the bay right away. We had 3 minutes of ‘driving’ time, clearly a broken jetski and no fun. Not to mention the guide was completely panicking and screaming while everyone was calm and surprised how short and badly organized the trip was. This is over 3 days ago and someone was supposed to come back to us with a solution, we left our phone number. No news and no feedback. Very unprofessional. Even though we went here a few years ago (2020) and had a great time. Price was a lot lower, jetskis were newer and guide more competent back then.
