I spent a week at Atlantis Freediving School doing my Level 2 and had an amazing time. Jeremy and Remo are fantastic coaches — super knowledgeable, patient, and always focused on safety while still pushing you to improve. The group was great fun and really supportive, which made the whole experience even better. The accommodation was really nice with an awesome sea view, and the yoga sessions were a perfect bonus alongside the training. It’s also super convenient — you’re literally about 50 metres from the school straight into the sea. I left feeling way more confident in my technique and would 100% recommend Atlantis to anyone keen to get into freediving or taking it to the next level.
