I had a brilliant experience at Assava - started off doing fun dives but then decided to do my Advanced Open Water course as well. Emma was a great instructor who was very knowledgeable - I always felt very safe and had so much fun learning new skills! I especially enjoyed the Wreck dive to the HTMS 313! The rooms are nice and clean and the resort itself is lovely with a great restaurant/cafe looking out to the bay. I had such a great time and would recommend!

We came here to learn diving and it was definitely the highlight of our Thailand trip. The resort is beautiful and right next to the ocean with gorgeous views. Our diving instructors - Char and Mabel made this experience so much fun! They were super knowledgeable and wonderful to learn from. Highly recommend if anyone wishes to learn diving or just enjoy a relaxed vacation with a great sport and amazing food!

Amazing dive resort in a chill spot on Koh Tao. Just finished my open water cert and it was exactly what I was hoping for. Beachfront location with gorgeous views across the bay. The diving operation is top-notch. They’re a world class PADI 5 Star dive center. The vibe is relaxed and personal. Small groups (never felt crowded on the boats), all the instructors especially Char, are super knowledgeable who really take their time. The reefs and wrecks around Koh Tao are great! Equipment was in excellent condition too.
