Asia Diving Vacation

Hi Serena and Asia Diving Vacation Team, We wanted to do some snorkeling and even diving activities in turquoise water last year (2024). From our research, Mabul Water Bungalows Resort seemed to be ideal place for us. We tried to make booking with the resort but got links to several agencies. We were not familiar with the booking process and options. But fortunately, we contacted Serena from Asia Diving Vacation Team. Serena provided a lot of information to us, guided us through the booking process and explained the options for us. Serena also provided several quotes with different packages (different room types and diver/non-diver options). We eventually made the decision to go with 4D3N Borneo Water Suite package for 2025 March. All payments were done online and the process was easy. Serena gave us the service voucher with full details about the car transfer from Tawau airport to Semporna, the boat transfer from Semporna to Mabul Resort, daily snorkeling/diving activities, equipment rentals, and return car and boat transfer back to Tawau airport. We really appreciated the level of details so we could plan for the wonderful vacation. In addition, we also asked Serena to offer Island Hopping activity in Kota Kinabalu (KK) for us before the Mabul Resort trip. Again she made it easy for us to enjoy the Island Hopping (snorkelling) in KK. We had a wonderful time spent on the Mabul Resort. We did many snorkelling trips and also went beyond to join the diving experience activity. There were so many beautiful water creatures - clownfish, rays, turtles, coral reefs, and many many different kinds of colorful fishes. During the whole trip, Serena and her team followed up with us closely to ensure that all transfers, accommodations and activities went smooth according to the plan. With their efforts, everything went very well. We really enjoyed the trip and experience this time. Now we want to plan a family trip again next time. Excellent, friendly and fast responses from Serena helped us get a late booking to the lovely Lankayan island. Everything ran like clockwork from first email to leaving after a superb 3 nights on the island. We were treated to a wonderful selection of quality food, good dive sites, super helpful staff and especially the 1m turtle who chose our chalet to lay its eggs under.
