Aquamaster Phuket | Scuba Diving Gear

I had such a great experience with Aquamaster. I needed an entire regulator set and the team was so responsive and helpful before I arrived. Once I arrived in Phuket, Joe helped me order everything and the team was even able to arrange my regulator to be dropped off at my hotel a few days later. They really went above and beyond. Super grateful for Andy and Natt’s help. My SeaLife SportDiver suddenly broke the day before yesterday, and I was really upset because it had been working perfectly for three years. It happened just before my trip to Similan Island—I tried at home for a whole day but couldn’t fix it. My boyfriend found Aquamaster Phuket through Google, and they patiently listened to my take on what was wrong. They took the camera housing to the workshop in the back and discovered that a cord had gotten stuck in the O-ring. At first, we thought it was fixed but it still wasn’t working. Then they suggested replacing all the O-rings. I bought new ones, and they were so kind—they even helped replace them with really nice, new red O-rings. After the replacement, the problem was completely solved. I’m super happy! They are very professional and patient in helping solve the issue, never pushing you to just buy a new one or something else instead. I’m so glad I found them in Phuket—I really wouldn’t have known what to do otherwise. Meeting them during this trip is something I’m truly thankful for.

Awesome service and responsiveness via WhatsApp chat. I was going to Phi Phi for diving and decided to buy phone housing for pictures (SeaLife SportDiver S) and it came handy. Joe was great at helping and explaining the equipment and overall team was friendly and helpful.
