Sharpie and his team are brilliant. We hired a prescription mask that we didn't end up using due to a cancelled snorkelling trip so Sharpie helped us out by getting us a fishing boat to take out for the day. Best customer service I've had in a long time!

Extremely unprofessional and a disappointing experience. I had a terrible experience hiring a stinger wetsuit from this shop. The staff were incredibly rude and dismissive from the moment we walked in, making us feel like we were an inconvenience rather than paying customers. What really shocked me though was their handling of our payment information!! Instead of using a secure system, they wrote down our credit card details on a piece of paper! This is completely unacceptable and definitely not compliant with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) requirements. It’s a huge privacy and security concern and no business should ever be handling customer data this way especially in 2025. To make matters worse, the stinger suit wasn’t even what we asked for? it didn’t include any hand or head protection, which is essential for stinger safety this time of year. Between the rude service, unsafe payment practices and incorrect gear, I would strongly recommend going elsewhere
