I did my first ever dive (DSD) with this agency and the experience was TERRIBLE. Everything that could go wrong went wrong. It was dangerous. It was disappointing. It was pure chaos. Everything went okay until we jumped into the water. The first red flag is that the discovery divers went in together with the licensed ones. We got a briefing in the boat but there was NO check dive for us. The instructions were to first hold the lifebuoy, and then start going down the rope slowly, one by one. However, the current was very strong. It was hard to even hold the rope. After 2 minutes we started going back up, which I didn't know. Suddenly, there was only 3 divers holding the rope, including me, none of them being instructor. I had absolutely no idea what's happening, what should I do. No sight of the boat. I was diving for the 1ST TIME, barely knowing how to use my BCD, and I was in the sea with strong currents WITHOUT INSTRUCTOR for at least 10 minutes!!! Later when we talked, I found out that both instructors went back on the boat. Another diver, also without license, was stranded alone elsewhere, without even a buoy. After 10+ minutes they started rescuing people one by one. At some point, I let go of the rope because of the current and luckily soon reconnected with an instructor in the water, so I was safe. Before that happened, I literally got run over by our boat! I had to protect my head with hands and push myself away from it. When we came back to the boat, they didn't even ask us how were we doing. No explanation, no apology, everything is okay. Later we went diving again, which was better. We didn't really see anything but that's just bad luck, of course, not their fault. Another thing, we were very late! On our way back, our boat broke, we were waiting on the sea for at least one hour until another boat came to rescue us. People missed their other tours and ferries to other islands. And other small things, like 6 people being squished in a car for 5. Everything was simply disorganized and chaotic. After the tour, all of us divers went back to the office and explained the situation to the owner, who said that he understands everything, but the compensation we received the next day, after losing so much time there, was 20$, which I consider almost disrespectful. Furthermore, the owner said that he talked to the instructors who denied everything. Unbelievable. Everyone said it was their worst dive experience ever, including an advanced diver with 40+ dives. Don't. Dive. Here.

Extremely unprofessional and unsafe diving center. This was by far the most unprofessional and unpleasant diving experience I’ve ever had. …

would have given 0 stars if i could. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! we booked the pinzon tour yesterday, and went this morning. straight sway the itinerary was different from what was promoted with one stop to snorkel less. when we got to pinzon we were told by the navy that 'for our safety' we couldn't snorkel, so i booked the pinzon tour and never even went to pinzon. we went to a different spot but after 5 minutes of snorkelling we went to the shore because the currents were too strong. did not see any animal in the slightest bit. then for the second stop we saw two turtles in 40 minutes and that was it. oh and the 'fishing'? after 15 minutes they took the rods back in cuz there were no fish today... every time saying 'that is nature eh'. when we got back i went straight to the office and explained the situation, but after talking for 30 minutes not the slightest attempt was made for any compensation. if anything they further proved their unreliability by saying that this is how they operate, even outside of the tours. Juan said if you are going diving and the conditions arent good, you'll go back WITHOUT any refund. So yeah, not a very customer centric company, but at least it wasnt their fault, so why would they try to find any middle ground
