I completed my open water with Nanci- she is a great instructor, incredibly calm and reassuring, which helped me relax and feel comfortable throughout the dives. I had a great experience and went on to do both the cenote and the bull shark dive in the same week! Eduardo was fantastic— super helpful and always quick to respond on WhatsApp. His suggestion for the day/ timing of the bull shark dive was spot on, so glad we followed his advice as there had been hardly any sightings the previous couple of days! We had Poncho for the cenote dive and Claudio for the bullshark dive, both dives were incredible and unforgettable! Would highly recommend this dive centre!

What an amazing experience! The sharks are huge and gets super close and it was super unique. I took this tour off of the star of the sea cruise. I got off the boat at 7:30 and took the 8:30 ferry to playa del Carmen. Lalo picked me up at the terminal and brought me to the dive shop with plenty time to spare. I was by myself on this tour and got a 5 star private tour instead. We dove down to 25m, spent 23min bottom time and saw tons of unique fish and sharks. They got super close and one even bumped my head! They are all super calm and I felt very safe the whole time.
