The guide was very attentive. He taught me a lot of things I wasn't good at, and I learned a lot. I'll pay attention to what he taught me and want to get better.
There was no briefing, and no checking of my logbook or C-card. Even though it was my first time diving and they didn't know my level, they just took photos without looking at me. To top it off, they scolded me for getting separated from the group. It's the guide's fault for losing track of a customer, so yelling at a customer is unacceptable! I didn't pay to accompany the guide to take photos!! I was scheduled to do three dives, but I cut it short and left early. I never want to have anything to do with them again.
The pre-entry briefing was very easy to understand, thanks to the clear explanation using an accurate underwater map. I was able to enjoy the dive with peace of mind thanks to the diving guide who matched my skill level!
