The locks to the shower, toilet, and changing room were broken. This is no laughing matter. Please repair it so that we can have a comfortable trip. I wanted to wear a women's suit that fit me properly. I'm small, so my arms and legs are too long for men's suits. The children's suit was also torn, so it was a first-time experience in many ways. Thank you to the lady who was so considerate.

Despite making a last-minute reservation the evening before, we were able to depart smoothly the next morning. The snorkeling spot was in the Kerama area, not too far from Naha Port, and I think they chose a beautiful spot with few waves. They took their time, so we were able to enjoy snorkeling as much as we wanted. We were able to sign up for optional parasailing on the day, which was fun and appreciated. I also think the price was reasonable compared to other companies. And best of all, the staff were very friendly and took lots of amazing photos, which I have uploaded to their website. It was a truly wonderful memory. Thank you!!!
